• Your company name, if provided
• Details of your enquiry or project

We do not use this website to collect any other personal information, and we do not buy data about you from third parties.

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
• To provide quotes and deliver our services
• To keep records we are legally required to hold

Our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where we contract with you, the performance of that contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (such as email and website hosting), and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Information relating to contracts and projects is retained as required by law.
